Return Eligibility Checklist
All returns must adhere to the following mandatory requirements:

General Conditions
Product Condition: Returned items must be kept in reasonable condition, showing no signs of wear and tear.
Faulty Products: Items reported as faulty may be retained for testing and technical diagnosis before an exchange is authorized.
Non-Exchangeable Items: In the event that a direct exchange is not possible, a credit voucher may be offered. These vouchers are valid for one (1) month from the date of issue; no extensions will be permitted.
Exchange & Refund Process
Unopened Items: At our discretion, unopened and unmarked products may be eligible for exchange within the 7-day window. If you select a replacement of higher value, the price difference must be settled.
Refund Approval: All refunds are subject to approval. Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method (excluding Kris+ transactions, which are processed via credit note).
Credit Cards: For card transactions, the same credit card used for the purchase must be presented. Please note that refund reflection times in your account may vary by bank.
Exclusions: Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery has taken place.
Policy Limitations
Exemptions: Certain categories and brands are excluded from the 7-day return policy. Please refer to our Exclusion List for more details.
Warranty Claims: After the return window has elapsed, customers are advised to contact the brand’s authorized service center directly for any repair or warranty claims. We recommend ensuring you have your original receipt and contacting the center prior to your visit.
