1. General Product Condition
Opened Items: Any product with a broken seal or opened packaging.
Functional Units: Products that are in full working condition (no "change of mind" returns).
User-Inflicted Damage: Items with cosmetic defects, accidental damage, or malfunctions arising from misuse.
2. High-Value Electronics & Specific Brands
The following brands and product categories must be referred directly to the Brand Service Center for assistance and are ineligible for a standard 7-day return:
Apple: All original products and accessories (including AppleCare+).
Computing: Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Tablets, and Microsoft Surface devices.
Mobile & Wearables: Smartphones, Garmin Smartwatches, Ultrahuman Ring, Samsung Galaxy Ring, and DJI products.
Gaming: Consoles, Sony PlayStation accessories, and Nintendo products/accessories.
Photography: Fujifilm Instax cameras, GoPro Action Cameras.
Audio: All Beats products.
3. Consumables & Digital Media
Software: Digital downloads and physical software (due to copyright protections).
Printers & Supplies: Printers, ink/toner cartridges, ribbon tapes, and printing paper that have been opened or unsealed.
Media Discs: Opened CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, and similar storage media.
Photography Consumables: Opened or unsealed Fujifilm film.
4. Services & Add-ons
Extended Warranties: Services such as ValueClub Extended Warranty or AppleCare+.
Exceeded the 7-day period? If your return window has closed, please contact the brand's authorized service center directly for repair or warranty claims. We recommend calling the center to confirm their requirements before visiting. Ensure you have your original purchase receipt or invoice and the faulty product ready.
