Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition. This includes:
Being in brand-new, unopened condition.
Ensuring all original seals remain intact.
Including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Submission Requirements
To initiate a request, customers must submit an Online Returns Form within 7 days of the delivery or self-collection date. Our customer service team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.
Return Procedures
The processing of any refund is contingent upon the status of your order:

Items Already Delivered: Customers must return the physical item to us before a refund can be finalized.
In-Store Drop-off: Returns are currently accepted exclusively at the Challenger Bugis Junction Flagship Store.
Courier Pickup: Alternatively, items may be collected by our authorized delivery agents.
Items Not Yet Delivered: If the order has not yet been dispatched, you must still submit the Online Returns Form. Please note that all such requests are subject to formal approval by management.
Refund Timeline and Approval
Management Discretion: All refunds and exchanges are granted at the discretion of Challenger management.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved and the item is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
Professional Tip: If the credit is not visible on your statement after 14 days, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer. In some cases, financial institutions may backdate the refund to the original transaction date rather than the date the refund was processed.
