Managing Your M12 (Annual) ValueClub Membership Renewal
Members are recommended to renew their M12 ValueClub membership before it expires to ensure uninterrupted access to member privileges and to protect accumulated cashback.
⚠️ Note for M3 Members: The renewal timeline, grace period, and record retention policy below apply only to the M12 (Annual) ValueClub tier. The M3 (Quarterly) tier follows a separate schedule — see Guide to the M3 (3-Month) Recurring ValueClub Membership.

Key Policies
- Cashback Protection (90-Day Grace Period): M12 members have 90 days from the date of expiry to renew and retain accumulated cashback. Cashback is only preserved if renewal is completed within this window.
- Record Retention: Records of expired M12 memberships not renewed within 6 months of expiry will be removed from our system.
