What is a Challenger Account?
Introduced on 1 October 2026, Challenger Account is a free account for customers who want to stay connected with Challenger without a paid membership. It keeps your digital receipts, purchase history and warranty records in one place.
Challenger Account does not replace our paid ValueClub memberships. If you would like Member Price, cashback and other member-exclusive privileges, you can join our Quarterly (M3) or Yearly (M12) membership.
What's Included
- Digital Receipts: Access your receipts anytime, without keeping paper copies.
- Order History: View your past purchases and orders.
- Warranty Information: Keep track of the warranty records for your purchases.
- ValueClub App Access: Manage your account through the ValueClub app.
- App Vouchers: Enjoy selected vouchers and offers in the app. Member-exclusive vouchers are not included.
