W.E.F October 2023, cashback earned have no expiry date so long it is under an active membership account.
ValueClub app
- Open the app and sign in using your registered email address and password.
- Once logged in, look at the dashboard directly below the main promotional banner. You'll see a white card featuring the ValueClub logo.
- The available cashback amount is displayed in large blue text (e.g., $26.98). To the right, you can also see the expiry date for these credits.
Important: If your membership expires, any remaining cashback will also expire.
