How to Enjoy Member Prices and Earn Cashback
To enjoy member prices and earn cashback on eligible items, simply log in to your Value Club app and scan the QR code displayed at the cashier before making payment. For eligible products, the cashback amount will be credited to your account immediately after the transaction is completed.
Terms and Conditions for Cashback Earnings
Eligibility: Challenger ValueClub members are entitled to earn cashback on their purchases.
Variability: The amount of cashback earned depends on the specific campaign and may vary from time to time.
Issuance: Cashback earned will be credited to the member's account for same-day purchases.
Usage: Cashback can be used to offset the amount payable on your next purchase (applied after any discounts and/or applicable coupons) at both retail stores and on Challenger.sg.
Exclusions: Cashback will not be awarded for membership fees, the purchase of vouchers, gift cards, and services such as delivery, extended warranty, and product repair. Additionally, cashback cannot be earned on the portion of the purchase paid using existing cashback.
Account Validity: Cashback may only be used by Challenger members with an active membership account.
Refunds: Cashback earned from refunded purchases or items will be deducted from the account accordingly.
Transferability: Cashback is non-transferable to other members (except for associate members) and is not exchangeable for cash.
Expiration: Unutilized cashback will not expire as long as your membership status remains active. However, unutilized cashback will expire 90 days after a membership expires.
Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy regarding your cashback, please provide all purchase transaction receipts for verification within 14 days of your purchase.
