Redemption at Challenger store via ValueClub app
- Scan the QR code on cashier's tablet
- Inform the cashier on the amount of cashback that you would like to redeem
If you did not make any redemption but received an email notification that your cashback were redeemed/utilised, please contact us within 24 hours for further assistance.
