Collection Timeline
Pickup Window: Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your "Your order is now ready for Self Collection" email.
Email Notifications: If you do not receive this notification within 5 working days, please check your junk or spam folders.
Reminders: We will send courtesy reminders on the 14th day if the order remains uncollected.
Storage Fees & Disposal Policy
Storage Fees: A storage fee of S$5 per day may be applied to orders held beyond the initial 14-day window.
Final Holding Period: Following the second reminder (Day 14), we will hold your items for an additional 10 days.
Disposal: If the order is not collected by the end of this final 10-day grace period, the items will be disposed of, and no refunds will be issued.
