Important Note: Your initial Order Confirmation email serves only as proof of purchase and does not mean your items are ready for pickup.
Proxy Collection
If you are unable to collect your order in person, you may appoint a representative (proxy) to collect it on your behalf. Please ensure they have a copy of the collection notification email to present to our staff.
