To update your membership particulars and details, please follow these steps:
Open the ValueClub app.
Navigate to Account and select Update Detail.
Complete the request via the online form in the pop-up window.
Alternatively, you may update your particulars at any Challenger store.
It is the Challenger member's responsibility to ensure that their particulars are up-to-date, and data must be accurate and validated.
If you need to update your email address, follow the same steps above. Once updated, your new email will be used for all future order notifications and confirmations.
Log in credentials can be used to log in on ValueClub app and Challenger.sg.
