You may *reset your **password via ValueClub app and Challenger.sg.
- Tap on Reset Password
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Send Request
- Check your email for the URL link with your mobile device
- Clicking on the Reset Password link opens the app
- Submit your preferred password to access your account
In any event that you are still unable to log in to ValueClub app after you have successfully reset your password, try using the same password to log in via Challenger.sg website. If you are able to log in successfully, turn off your mobile phone's wifi and log in again via ValueClub app.
Please ensure that you have downloaded/ updated the latest version of our ValueClub app AND
your mobile's operating system (iOS/Android).
- Select LOG IN HERE followed by Forget your password?
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Submit
- Check your email for the URL link to reset your password
- Click on the Reset Password link
- Submit your preferred password
You may proceed to log in with your new password
*New Password will be applicable for ValueClub app and Challenger.sg **You may need to check your spam/ junk folder or unblock email@example.com if you do
not see the Reset Password Request email in your inbox after submitting the request.
