How do I reset my password?

You may *reset your **password via ValueClub app and Challenger.sg. 

 

ValueClub App

  1. Tap on Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Send Reset Link
  3. Check your email for the URL link with your mobile device
  4. Clicking on the Reset Password link opens the app
  5. Submit your preferred password to access your account

 

Please ensure that you have downloaded/ updated the latest version of our ValueClub app AND 
your mobile's operating system (iOS/Android).

 

Challenger.sg

  1. Select LOG IN HERE followed by Forget your password?
  2. Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Submit
  3. Check your email for the URL link to reset your password
  4. Click on the Reset Password link 
  5. Submit your preferred password

 

You may proceed to log in with your new password

 

*New Password will be applicable for ValueClub app and Challenger.sg
**You may need to check your spam/ junk folder or unblock members@edm.challenger.sg if you do
not see the Reset Password Request email in your inbox after submitting the request. 
(Gmail users please kindly check your promotions tab)
