You may *reset your **password via ValueClub app and Challenger.sg.
ValueClub App
- Tap on Forgot Password
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Send Reset Link
- Check your email for the URL link with your mobile device
- Clicking on the Reset Password link opens the app
- Submit your preferred password to access your account
Please ensure that you have downloaded/ updated the latest version of our ValueClub app AND
your mobile's operating system (iOS/Android).
Challenger.sg
- Select LOG IN HERE followed by Forget your password?
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account and select Submit
- Check your email for the URL link to reset your password
- Click on the Reset Password link
- Submit your preferred password
You may proceed to log in with your new password
*New Password will be applicable for ValueClub app and Challenger.sg
**You may need to check your spam/ junk folder or unblock members@edm.challenger.sg if you do
not see the Reset Password Request email in your inbox after submitting the request.
