Key Guidelines & Terms

| Validity & Use | • Valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. No extensions are permitted. • Valid exclusively online at Challenger.sg. Not valid in physical stores (except for Challenger.sg Shop-In-Store purchases). |
| Email & Liability | • Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. • If an incorrect email is provided, the card may be delivered to the wrong recipient, who can then use or redeem it. • Challenger is not liable for any loss or misuse resulting from an incorrect email address entered by the purchaser. |
| Purchasing Rules | • ValueClub rebates are not awarded on purchases of e-gift cards. • Coupon codes cannot be applied when purchasing e-gift cards. • e-Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. |
| Transactions & Refunds | • If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the tendered e-gift card, additional payment is required for the balance. • Refunds for orders paid with e-gift card credits will be refunded back via eCredits. |
