Yes, we provide a complimentary Takeback Service for regulated consumer electronic waste (eWaste) in accordance with Singapore’s Resource Sustainability Act.
To utilize this service, customers must opt-in at the point of purchase. Our delivery team will then facilitate the collection of your unwanted appliance at the time of delivery to your residential address.
Key Terms and Conditions:
1-for-1 Basis: We provide a one-for-one disposal service for regulated consumer products. The item being collected must be of the same category or type as the new product being delivered (e.g., replacing an old printer with a new one).
Model Flexibility: The item scheduled for disposal does not need to be the same brand or model as the new purchase.
Exclusions: Please note that we cannot accept all forms of electronic waste. You may refer to our Exclusions List for types of eWaste that are not accepted under this scheme.
Data Privacy: For non-members, we collect personal data solely for the purpose of processing the transaction and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
Note to Customers: To ensure a smooth collection process, please ensure the old appliance is disconnected and ready for removal prior to the arrival of our delivery team.
