These terms apply exclusively to eCredits issued via the Challenger online store (Challenger.sg).
CRITICAL VALIDITY: All eCredits issued by Challenger.sg expire exactly 90 days from the date of issuance. Unused credits will not be granted an extension.
1. Where to Use Your Credits
Online: Apply at checkout on the Challenger.sg website or app.
Retail: Redeemable at any physical Challenger retail store in Singapore.
Important Note: Retail-issued eCredits (from a physical store) cannot be used online. Only Challenger.sg eCredits work on both platforms.
2. Payment & Utilization
Full Utilization: eCredits must be used in a single transaction. If your order total is less than the eCredit value, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be returned.
Partial Payments: If your purchase exceeds the eCredit value, you must settle the remaining balance with another payment method.
Stacking: You may combine multiple eCredits in a single purchase.
3. Restrictions
Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to your original ValueClub/Challenger account.
No Cash Value: eCredits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Security: Treat these like cash. Challenger is not responsible for lost or stolen eCredits.
Summary: You have 90 days to use your online-issued eCredit at any store or on the website. Be sure your purchase amount meets or exceeds the credit value to avoid losing the balance!
