Challenger Members
Log in to your ValueClub account.
On the main dashboard, locate and tap the Order History tile (labeled "See E-Receipts").
Select the specific transaction to view or download your receipt.
Non Members
For customers who are not ValueClub members, following these steps ensures they can access their digital proof of purchase for warranty or returns.
- Download and open the latest version of the ValueClub App (currently v6.2.2). You do not need a paid membership to view receipts.
- Tap on the Account icon located at the bottom right of the home screen.
- Tap the E-Receipts icon (highlighted in the image). This is located in the top grid alongside Warranty and Repairs.
- Enter the exact email address provided during the store checkout. The system will then display all receipts linked to that specific email.
