When will my order be delivered?
Processing Time: 1 to 2 working days.
Transit Time: 1 to 3 working days after processing.
Total Estimated Time: 2 to 5 working days.
📌 Note: Working days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not conducted on weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking & Adjustments
How can I track my shipment?
Yes, tracking is available for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package and view the estimated delivery date.
Can I modify my delivery address or shipping method?
Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, changes to the delivery address or shipping method are usually not possible. If you need to request an urgent correction, please contact Customer Service immediately at 6333 5858.
Restrictions & Delays
Can I schedule a specific delivery date or time?
No, we are unable to schedule specific delivery dates or times. All shipments are processed immediately and handled by our courier partners according to their standard delivery schedules.
Festive Periods: Delivery schedules are strictly fixed and cannot be adjusted during peak seasons.
Self-Collection: We cannot change your order from delivery to self-collection once it has been placed.
