The warranty period varies for products sold in Challenger and In the event the products are defective, Challenger accepts returns of faulty items within 7 days from the date of purchase and provides our customer with a peace of mind. Please refer to our return policy.


If the returnable period has lapsed, our customers can contact the service centre directly for any repair or warranty claims, if applicable. The product specialist will assist in diagnosing the error or determine the cause of the issues. 


The service centre location, contact number & operating hours for the respective product brands are made available in our ValueClub app. Customers are encouraged to contact the service centres first before visiting and bring along the original purchasing receipt/ invoice with the faulty product during your visit.
