All returns should be accompanied with the original receipt or tax invoice, original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components (including cables, controllers, and accessories) and in its original condition/ packaging as well as complimentary/ free gifts (if any). 


Failure to include such items may prevent/ delay your return or result in additional fees. Challenger reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet our return criteria.
