You no longer need to wonder where your package is or when it will arrive! Simply click on Track My Order under Account> Transactions> Personal Transaction History to track your order.
Our delivery status:
|Order placed successfully
|Order Confirmation email
|Order has been assigned to our delivery agent
|Order Dispatched email states the date of delivery
|Order has been picked up and is en-route to you for delivery or re-delivery attempt
|Delivery of order has failed
|Sorry We Missed You email to confirm next available delivery date
|Order has been delivered successfully
For standard shipping with tracking link, please click onto the tracking hyperlink if it is provided. If there is no tracking link, your order is still processing
Orders will be shipped according to availability. Multiple transactions made within the same day or invoice may not necessarily be delivered together.
