All orders have to be collected within 14 days from Your order is now ready for Self Collection email.
If you have not received Your order is now ready for Self Collection email within 5 days, please check your junk/ spam folders as the email might have been routed there.
We reserve the right to impose a storage fee of S$5 per day for orders not collected thereafter.
There will be 2 reminder emails send on the 10th and 14th day for orders not collected. Following the 2nd reminder email, we will keep your order for another 10 days after which your order will be disposed of.
