You may utilise your eCredits at any Challenger store during payment and on Challenger.sg payment page.
Challenger retail stores
Simply inform our cashier that you would like to utilise your eCredits and provide your Coupon No. found in your Account> eWallet> eCredits via ValueClub App.
Challener online store
- When your eCredits available is less than your grand total, for example:
eCredits available: $0.97
Initial Grand total: $15.90
Balance due: $14.93
Select your eCredits to utilise and choose the Payment mode to pay for the balance due (if any).
- When your available eCredits is equivalent to or more than your grand total, for example:
eCredits available: $140.00
Initial Grand total: $129.00
Balance due: $0.00
Choose the available eCredits to utilise and proceed to select Pay with Complete Purchase followed by Secure Pay as your balance due is zero dollars.
Remaining eCredits value, if any, will be forfeited.
