- LOG IN to your account at the top right corner of the home page
- Go to ACCOUNT
- Select TRANSACTIONS > ONLINE RETURNS FORM to fill in and submit
- After you have submitted, our customer service representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible regarding your return request.
