Faulty items must be returned to the Challenger Flagship store at Bugis Junction within seven (07) days from receiving the products. The returned items must be with reasonable care, such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/ packaging. The products may be retained for testing and diagnosis before exchanging for the same product can be carried out.
Rebates may be refunded to the member's account in the event of an Out of Stock situation. If delivery has taken place, the refund of rebates will exclude delivery charges paid.
