Do note that warranty coverage does not cover wear, tear and damages arose from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under regular use during the warranty period. Upon verification by our team at our stores, we will exchange a product that is proven defective, under normal use and maintenance within the warranty period.
For warranty claim and return, kindly retain the receipt/tax invoice and visit any of our Challenger outlet with available stock of your product for an exchange. Please click here and key in your product name/model under "Search For Products" located at the top right hand corner of the page to check for stock availability of your product in our stores.
If the Logitech product has no stock or has reach End of Life status within the warranty coverage period, please refer to the designated Logitech Service Centres listed below for an exchange instead. Kindly contact the service centre to book an appointment before going down to prevent any wasted trip.
