Customers have to return the product (s) with the following conditions:
Faulty product (s) may be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out. The returned items must be with reasonable care, such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging. In the event with no exchange in the product, a credit voucher may be offered and must be utilized within one (01) month. Extension of the expiry date is not permitted.
Unopened and unmarked product (s) may be allowed for exchange at our discretion and must be returned within seven (07) days from the date of purchase. You may choose another item and pay the price difference.
If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
Refund is subjected to approval. If approved, it will be in the same mode of payment used in the original purchase except for Kris+. The customer must return the product with the entire product packaging with complete accessories. For credit card transaction, the customer must bring along the same credit card used. After we have processed the refund, the customer will receive a credit card refund slip. The refund will not reflect immediately in their credit card account yet. The customer will have to check back with the bank on the refund status, which varies from bank to bank. Transactions involving Kris+ payment mode will be via credit note.

If the returnable period has lapsed, customers can proceed to contact the brand's service centre directly for any repair or warranty claims, if applicable. Customers are encouraged to contact the Service Centres first before visiting and bring along the original purchasing receipt/ invoice with the faulty product during your visit.
