- Scan the QR code on cashier's tablet
- Inform the cashier on the amount of rebates that you would like to redeem
If you did not make any redemption but received an email notification that your rebates were redeemed/utilised, please contact us within 24 hours for further assistance.
Members who choose to share their account with other users are responsible for their own account transactions, including but not limited to rebate redemptions, rebate transfers and rebate donations.
