Kindly return to any of our Challenger stores to seek assistance on the reprint of receipt or tax invoice with the respective information below.

Challenger Members 

• Login ID (registered email/ contact no.)
• Product (model/ brand/ UPC barcode number) purchased

Non Members 

• E-receipt retrieval is unavailable for non-members. It is crucial that customers input their correct email address or scan the QR code during checkout at the Challenger Stores. This ensures seamless access to the e-receipt.
