I have clicked 'Forgot your password?' but still have not received the link to reset my password. What went wrong?

There are two possibilities:

1. You may need to check your junk/spam mailbox if the email is not found in your inbox (Gmail users please check your Promotion Tab). 

2. The URL link is sent only to your registered email address. Should you have forgotten which email address you have previously registered or the email address is no longer valid, you will need to inform us here to update your new email address. For verification purposes, please include your full name, member ID (Email/NRIC/FIN/Passport No), Date of Birth and contact number.

*Log in credentials can be used to log in on Challenger.sg, ValueClub app and Hachi.tech with Email/NRIC/FIN/Passport
