How do I claim warranty for defective products that have been purchased more than 7 days?

Please contact the Service Centre* of the respective manufacturers to seek assistance on warranty claims for any defective product(s).

Should you need help to locate the Service Centre, please contact our hotline at +65-6339-9008 (10am to 9pm daily). Alternatively you may also visit any of our Challenger store to seek assistance for details of the Service Center. 

*Do remember to bring along your Challenger receipt/ tax invoice and other necessary documents required by the respective manufacturers when visiting the Service Centre.
