How do I claim warranty for defective products that have been purchased more than 7 days?

Please contact the Service Centre of the respective manufacturers to seek assistance on warranty claims for any defective product(s).

Should you need help to locate the Service Centre, please contact our hotline at (+65) 6339 9008 (10am to 9pm daily). Alternatively you may also visit any Challenger Outlets to seek assistance for details of the Service Center. 

*Do remember to bring along your Challenger receipt/ tax invoice and other necessary documents required by the respective manufacturers when visiting the Service Centre.
