Which products are not eligible for Refund or Exchange?

Returns and refunds for these products* are not allowed under the following conditions:

- Original Apple products and Beats Headphones.
- Any opened software due to copyright infringement.
- Products such as media discs (CD-R, DVD-R, etc.), printing paper, ribbon tapes and ink/toner cartridges that have been opened or whose seal has been broken.
- Microsoft products: Office, Xbox Accessories, PC Accessories and Surface Accessories. 
- Desktop PC, notebooks, tablets
- Gaming consoles
- Other products with broken seal or opened packaging are not eligible for a refund/exchange should they be proved to be in working condition.
- Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare and any HAT technical installation services.
