- Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare, AppleCare+ and any HAT technical installation services
- Gaming consoles
- Microsoft products: Office, XBox accessories, PC accessories and Surface accessories
- Products such as media discs (CD-R, DVD-R etc.), printing paper, ribbon tapes and ink/toner cartridges that has been opened or whose seal has been broken
