You may reset* your password via ValueClub app, Challenger.sg or Hachi.tech.
Go to Reset Password and key in the email address that is associated with your account and select Send Request (instructions will be emailed**. You will need to access the reset password request email from your email account via mobile and not desktop.)
Once u have reset ur password successfully via ValueClub app, you are logged in immediately (you do not need to go through the log in screen).
In any event that you are still unable to log in to ValueClub app after you have successfully reset your password, try using the same password to login via Challenger.sg or Hachi.tech website. If you are able to log in successfully, turn off your mobile phone's wifi and log in again via ValueClub app.
Please ensure that you have downloaded/updated latest version of our ValueClub app AND your mobile's operating system (iOS/Android).
Select LOG IN HERE followed by Forget your password?.
Key in your email address that is associated with your account and select Submit.
After you have submitted, you will receive a URL link sent to your registered email address to reset your desired login password.
Input all fields followed by Submit.
You may proceed to log in with your new password.
