What is Challenger's Refund & Exchange policy?

Customer must bring back the defective product(s) with the following conditions 


Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out.All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damaged box/packaging). 

Refund will be via the original mode of payment. For payment via credit card, please bring along the same credit card used for the purchase.

*Defective product(s) replacement does not include Apple Original Products, Beats Headphones, all brands of Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets, gaming consoles, ink cartridges, software and any products where warranty is registered. Please head to the authorized service centre and contact the relevant brand.
