How do I update my particulars?

You may update your particulars on ValueClub app, or by logging in* with your registered Member ID (Email/NRIC/Passport/FIN) and Password.

Alternatively, you may update your particulars at any Challengers store or contact us here.

It is the ValueClub member’s responsibility to ensure their particulars are accurate and updated always.

*Log in credentials can be used to log in on, ValueClub app and with Email/NRIC/FIN/Passport
